Since 1983, Dr. Bellos has been in the forefront of managing patients with infectious diseases with a special interest in the management of HIV.

Dr. Nicholaos C. Bellos is board certified in infectious disease and internal medicine and has the only practice in the area with an infectious disease physician available during all office hours. In addition, he offers an outpatient antibiotic therapy clinic and a travelers' clinic specializing in tropical medicine. Having been involved in the development of 90% of the drugs currently approved, he continues to conduct numerous clinical trials studying HIV medications.

Dr. Bellos is a board member and Fellow of the Infectious Disease Society of America serving on the Clinical Affairs Committee and a board member of HIV Medical Association. He is a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine and Fellow in the American College of Physicians. Dr. Bellos speaks both nationally and internationally and is published in numerous infectious disease medical journals.
